Unless disclosed in writing to Seller on the date hereof, Buyer is not a Senior Foreign Political Figure, or an Immediate Family Member or a Close Associate of a Senior Foreign Political Figure, that Buyer is not controlled by a Senior Foreign Political Figure, or an Immediate Family Member or a Close Associate of a Senior Foreign Political Figure, and that, to the best of Buyer’s knowledge, after making due inquiry, none of the direct or indirect owners of Buyer (other than any owner(s) of any interest(s) in a publicly-traded entity) is a Senior Foreign Political Figure, or an Immediate Family Member or a Close Associate of a Senior Foreign Political Figure.

Unless disclosed in writing to Seller on the date hereof, Buyer is not (i) a Senior Foreign Political Figure, or (ii) an Immediate Family Member or a Close Associate of a Senior Foreign Political Figure, that Buyer is not or (iii) controlled by a Senior Foreign Political Figure, or an Immediate Family Member or a Close Associate of a Senior Foreign Political Figure, and that, to the best of Buyer’s knowledge, after making due inquiry, none . None of the direct or indirect owners of Buyer (other than any owner(s) of any interest(s) in a publicly-traded entity) is (x) a Senior Foreign Political Figure, Figure or (y) an Immediate Family Member or a Close Associate of a Senior Foreign Political Figure.
