Common use of Senior Mezzanine Loan Representations Clause in Contracts

Senior Mezzanine Loan Representations. All of the representations and warranties contained in the Senior Mezzanine Loan Documents are hereby incorporated into this Agreement and deemed made hereunder by Borrower and, as the context may require, on behalf of each Senior Mezzanine Borrower, as and when made thereunder and shall remain incorporated without regard to any waiver, amendment or other modification thereof by the Senior Mezzanine Lender or to whether the related Senior Mezzanine Loan Document has been repaid or otherwise terminated, unless otherwise consented to in writing by Lender.
