Common use of Senior Officers Group Clause in Contracts

Senior Officers Group. 2.3.1 The senior officers of each Party will provide strategic management at Project and at workstream level in “the Senior Officers Group”. The Senior Officers Group will provide assurance to the SWPSSTB Board that the objectives of the Project are being met and that the Project is performing within the boundaries set by the Board. The terms of reference for the Senior Officers Group will be determined by the Board. 2.3.2 The Senior Officer Group shall have responsibility for the creation and execution of the Project plan and deliverables, and therefore it can draw technical, commercial, legal and communications resources as appropriate, and can establish such support groups as they consider necessary.
