Senior Operator. To gain the senior operator level an operator would need any two of the four certificates or eight (8) scattered skills from anywhere within the plant. ▪ Wet End ▪ Dry End ▪ Mill ▪ Warehouse [refer clause 21(b)]. Operators who moved either before or after gaining a certificate into another area would advance on aggregate skills as per the existing system. An operator shall obtain 6 skills before progressing to level 7 and 8 skills before progressing to Senior Operator. From November 1998 an employee cannot progress beyond Level 5 on ‘competency units. No employee shall suffer a reduction in classification as a result of this change

  • Property Management Borrower will provide for professional management of the Mortgaged Property by the Property Manager at all times under a property management agreement approved by Lender in writing. The State must pre-approve the Local Government’s procurement procedures for purchases to be eligible for state or federal funds.

  • Manager 5.1. Rules relating to the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Managers shall be governed by the Act. Such provisions are hereinafter incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
