Common use of [Seniority Claimed Subsequent to the International Registration Clause in Contracts

[Seniority Claimed Subsequent to the International Registration. Where the holder of an international registration designating a Contracting Organization has, under the law of such Contracting Organization, claimed directly with the Office of that Organization the seniority of one or more earlier marks registered in, or for, a Member State of that Organization, and where such claim has been accepted by the Office concerned, that Office shall notify that fact to the International Bureau. Such notification shall indicate: (i) the number of the international registration concerned, and (ii) the Member State or Member States in or for which the earlier xxxx is registered, together with the date from which the registration of that earlier xxxx was effective and the number of the relevant registration.
