Common use of SENIORITY CONVERSION TABLE Clause in Contracts

SENIORITY CONVERSION TABLE. In the event that an employee changes his/her job status to or from that of a Permanent Full-Time employee the following table will be used to convert hours to days and vice versa for the purpose of crediting seniority and determining the adjusted date of hire: 2058 paid hours = 1 year when normal full-time hours = 42 hours a week 1960 paid hours = 1 year when normal full-time hours = 40 hours a week 1837.5 paid hours = 1 year when normal full-time hours = 37.5 hours a week 1715 paid hours = 1 year when normal full-time hours = 35 hours a week Additional hours will be converted to days on a pro-rata basis using the above formula.
