Seniority Determinant. Seniority for Elementary Union members of the Hastings and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx District School Board will be determined using Total Elementary annualized teaching experience with the Board and its predecessors, while a member of the Union. When seniority is calculated, June 30 of the current school year will be used.
