Common use of Sensitive data Clause in Contracts

Sensitive data. Unless expressly permitted under the applicable Documentation, Customer may not include any payment card data or other data consisting of racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation or similarly sensitive data that imposes specific data security or data protection obligations on the processing of such data by Epicor or its Affiliates or subcontractors in fields not designed specifically therefor.
