SEPARABILITY AND SAVING CLAUSE. The provisions of this Agreement shall be subordinate to the applicable laws of the State of Michigan and of the United States and should any provision of this Agreement be deemed or declared to be contrary to law then such provision shall be of no force and effect but other provisions shall be continued in full force and effect. The illegal Articles/Sections will be subject to renegotiations.
