SEPARABILITY AND SAVINGS. If any provision of this Agreement or any application of this Agreement to any employee or group of employees is held to be invalid by operation of law or by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be inoperative but all other provisions shall not be affected thereby and shall continue in full force and effect.

In the event any provision of this Agreement is found to be contrary to law by a court of competent jurisdiction from whose final judgment or decree no appeal has been taken within the time provided therefore, such provision shall be voided. All other provisions, however, shall continue in full force and effect.

Each and every clause of this Agreement shall be deemed separable from each and every other clause of this Agreement to the extent that in the event any clause or clauses shall be finally determined to be in violation of any law, then in such event, such clause or clauses, only to the extent that any may be so in violation shall be deemed of no force and effect and unenforceable without impairing the validity and enforceability of the rest of the Agreement, including any and all provisions on the remainder of any clause, sentence, or paragraph in which offending language may appear.

If any Article or Section of this Agreement or any Riders thereto should be held invalid by operation of law or by any tribunal of competent jurisdiction, or if the compliance with or enforcement of any Article or Section should be restrained by such tribunal pending a final determination as to its validity, the remainder of this Agreement and of any Rider thereto, or the application of such Article or Section to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it has been held invalid or as to which compliance with or enforcement of has been restrained shall not be affected thereby. In the event that any Article or Section is held invalid or enforcement of or compliance with which has been restrained as set forth above, the parties affected thereby shall enter into the immediate collective bargaining negotiations upon the request of either party for the purpose of arriving at a mutually satisfactory replacement of such Article or Section during the period of the invalidity or restraint.
SEPARABILITY AND SAVINGS. Should any Article or Section of this Agreement be found invalid, unlawful, or not enforceable by reason of any existing or subsequently enacted legislation or by final judicial decision, the remaining Articles and Sections shall continue in full force and effect for the duration of the Agreement. The parties will promptly meet for the purpose of negotiating an appropriate replacement for the offending Article or Section.
SEPARABILITY AND SAVINGS. Should it be determined by a court of competent jurisdiction that any article of this Agreement is not in conformity with any applicable law, the parties shall meet and such article or portion thereof shall be suspended and amended to conform to the law. This article shall not apply so long as appeal to a higher court of competent jurisdiction is in process.

If any provision of this Agreement is subsequently declared by the proper legislative or judicial authority or court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, unenforceable, or not in accordance with applicable statutes and/or court rules, all other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of this Agreement. Upon request of either party, the parties agree to meet immediately and renegotiate any provision so affected.
