SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT INDEMNITY AMOUNTS. In addition to payment of the amounts set forth under Article 3 of this Agreement, and as consideration for the execution of this Agreement by the District, Applicant shall be responsible to the District for payments in lieu of taxation (“PILOT”) and payments for Extraordinary Education-Related Expenses (“PEERE”), as set forth in this Article 4. Any and all obligations for any PILOT and PEERE payments shall be separate and independent of Applicant’s obligations under Article 3 of this Agreement.
