Types and Amounts of Coverage. Contractor shall procure from an insurance company or companies admitted to do business in the State of California, and shall maintain in force at all times during the Term, the following types and amounts of insurance:
Types and Amounts of Coverage. Without limiting Grantee's liability pursuant to Article 9, Grantee shall maintain in force, during the full term of this Agreement, insurance in the following amounts and coverages:
(a) Workers’ Compensation, in statutory amounts, with Employers’ Liability Limits not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) each accident, injury, or illness.
(b) Commercial General Liability Insurance with limits not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage, including Contractual Liability, Personal Injury, Products and Completed Operations, and Commercial General Liability Insurance with limits not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate for Bodily Injury and Property Damage, including Contractual Liability, Personal Injury, Products and Completed Operations; policy must include Abuse and Molestation coverage, and
(c) Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance with limits not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage, including Owned, Non-Owned and Hired auto coverage, as applicable.
(d) Professional liability insurance for negligent acts, errors or omission with respect to professional or technical services, if any, required in the performance of this Agreement with limits not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) each claim.
Types and Amounts of Coverage. Without limiting Grantee's liability pursuant to Article 9, Grantee shall maintain in force, during the full term of this Agreement, insurance in the following amounts and coverages:

Please contact the city’s risk manager with specific questions or changes to the standard insurance requirements.

(b) Commercial General Liability Insurance with limits not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage, including Contractual Liability, Personal Injury, Products and Completed Operations; and
(c) Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance with limits not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage, including Owned, Non- Owned and Hired auto coverage, as applicable.

(b) Commercial General Liability Insurance with limits not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage, including Contractual Liability, Personal Injury, Products and Completed Operations.
(c) Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance with limits not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage, including Owned, Non-Owned and Hired auto coverage, as applicable.
Types and Amounts of Coverage. The Contractor shall provide proof of a satisfactory insurance policy to the County, from an insurance company or companies licensed to do business in the State of California, and shall maintain in force at all times during the term, the types and amounts of insurance listed below.
Types and Amounts of Coverage. Without limiting Contractor's liability pursuant to Article 9, Contractor shall maintain in force, during the full term of this Agreement, insurance in the following amounts and coverages:
a. Property insurance on an all-risk form (excluding earthquake coverage) in an amount equal to the amount specified in the Supplemental Basic Information, which is one hundred percent (100%) of the replacement value of the Equipment. Such amount shall be adjusted annually upon renewal of the policy to ensure consistent full replacement value. Any deductible under such policy shall not exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000), each loss.
b. Commercial General Liability Insurance with limits not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage, including Contractual Liability, Personal Injury, Products and Completed Operations;
