Separate Parts. If any clause, sentence or section of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the remaining portions and the Parties do now declare their intention that each such clause, sentence or section of this Agreement be a separate part hereof unless the removal of such clause, sentence or section substantially changes the very purposes of this Agreement.

Separate Parts. Parts B and C set out below are distinct and separate agreements, and shall be construed and considered in all respects as if each were set forth in a separate document.
