In the event xxxxxxx money is to be paid out or refunded other than for closing, Seller and Purchaser agree to execute an authorization for the release thereof as appropriate, and if Seller and Purchaser cannot agree, the xxxxxxx money will be held until the holder thereof is directed by a Court of competent jurisdiction to make a distribution thereof.
