Common use of Separate Project financial accounts Clause in Contracts

Separate Project financial accounts. Each Project Participant must keep separate financial accounts which must record: (a) any non-cash Contributions it makes to Projects under clause 18.2(e); (b) any payments of Project Funds made to it by the Company under clause 18.1(a); (c) all expenditure incurred by the Project Participant from Project Funds in carrying out the Project; and (d) any other expenditure associated with its carrying out the Project.
