Separation from Service without Good Reason. The Executive may terminate his employment at any time without Good Reason by delivery of a Notice of Separation from Service to the Company. In the event the Executive elects not to renew this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.1 hereof, the Executive’s service with the Company shall be severed on such Renewal Date and the notice of non-renewal of this Agreement delivered by the Executive to the Company pursuant to Section 3.1 shall constitute delivery of a Notice of Separation from Service without Good Reason.
