Common use of Series Account Clause in Contracts

Series Account. The Issuer shall establish on the 2010-2 Closing Date and maintain, so long as any Series 2010-2 Note is Outstanding, an Eligible Account in the name of the Issuer with the Indenture Trustee which shall be designated as the Series 2010-2 Series Account, which account shall be pledged to the Indenture Trustee for the benefit of the Series 2010-2 Noteholders pursuant to the Indenture and this Supplement. All deposits of funds by or for the benefit of the Series 2010-2 Noteholders from the Trust Account and the Restricted Cash Account, shall be accumulated in, and withdrawn from, the Series 2010-2 Series Account in accordance with the provisions of the Indenture and this Supplement.
