Common use of Series Support Clause in Contracts

Series Support. The rights and benefits provided to the Trustee or the Noteholders of any Series or Class pursuant to any letter of credit, surety bond, cash collateral account, spread account, guaranteed rate agreement, maturity liquidity facility, interest rate swap agreement, tax protection agreement or other similar arrangement. The overcollateralization provided to any Series and the subordination of any Series or Class to another Series or Class shall be deemed to be Series Support. Notwithstanding that such Series Support may be held by or in favor of the Trustee for the benefit of any Series or Class, only those Series or Classes to which such Series Support relates shall have any rights with respect thereto and all payments thereunder received by the Trustee shall be distributed exclusively as prescribed in the Series Supplement relating to such Series or Class. Series Support Provider. The Person providing any Series Support, other than the Noteholders of any Series or Class which is subordinated to another Class or Series. Series Termination Date.
