Server Capacity and Load Sample Clauses

The 'Server Capacity and Load' clause defines the responsibilities and limitations regarding the server resources allocated for a service. It typically outlines the maximum number of users, data throughput, or processing power that the server will support, and may specify what happens if usage exceeds these limits, such as throttling or additional charges. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the technical boundaries of the service, helping to prevent disputes over performance issues and manage expectations regarding system reliability and scalability.
