Hosting Service. The Hosting Service comprises access to a copy of the Licensed Material, via the Institution's own Internet connection to the Publisher's server The Hosting Service shall meet the following standards: Publisher shall use all reasonable endeavours to make the Licensed Material available to Institution and their Authorised Users at all times and on a twenty-four hour basis, save for routine maintenance, and to restore access to the Licensed Material as soon as possible in the event of an interruption or suspension of the service. Publisher shall provide sufficient server capacity and bandwidth for access by users from Institution. Publisher shall provide for customer support services for Institution and to their Authorised Users via e-mail or phone, including answering e-mail inquiries relating to the use, functionality and content of the Licensed Material. Hosting Service. 3.1 Limelight agrees to arrange for the hosting of the Database up to 4 GigaBytes for You on its server or servers or a third party’s server or servers during the period of these terms & conditions.
Hosting Service. 3.1 We will provide You with the hosting services specified in Your Registration Form for Your Site (Hosting Service).
Hosting Service. The Hosting Services shall be provided by the Supplier and its hosting provider to provide access to the Software and the Customer Databases via the Internet on a 24/7 basis in accordance with the Service Level Arrangement set out in Schedule 2. The hosting facility shall adhere to strict international standards (eg: SSAE 16 Compliance) equipped with access security, climate control, fire suppression, managed power supply with UPS and generator back-up, load-balancing to distribute load and redundancy and will be maintained to the highest international hosting standards in order to achieve the level of availability set out in Schedule 2.
Hosting Service. 18.1 SPINOFF DIGITAL will provide You with the Hosting Services specified in the Proposal for Your Site (Hosting Services). The Proposal forms part of this Agreement. The Fees set out in the Proposal may be varied by SPINOFF DIGITAL from time to time by giving 2 months prior written notice to the Customer.
Hosting Service. It is understood that IDT retains primary --------------- control over the Internet equipment listed on the Exhibits hereto. Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent that IDT requires Net2Phone's assistance in gaining Internet access as a result of Net2Phone exercising the rights to use the equipment and/or access granted to Net2Phone herein, Net2Phone hereby agrees to facilitate such access for a period of five years commencing on the date hereof. At the end of such initial term and of each year thereafter, Net2Phone's obligation to facilitate IDT's Internet access shall automatically renew for an additional one (1) year period unless one party has given the other party sixty (60) days' prior written notice terminating such facilitation of Internet access. Following such initial term, such facilitation of Internet access may be terminated at any time at the option of either IDT or Net2Phone upon sixty (60) days' prior written notice. As compensation to Net2Phone for facilitating such access, IDT agrees to pay for such usage and services as provided in Section 2(d) hereof.
Hosting Service. Data relating to the relevant Software is stored on a server maintained by AVEVA and made available to the Customer via the internet (“Hosting Service”). The Type C license does not cover the installation of the Software and data on Customer’s servers or any desktop or laptop computer, or Customer’s use of the Software via an intranet hosted service. AVEVA will provide Credentials to permit Authorized Users to upload and download data to and from the storage facility on AVEVA’s server.
