Server Equipment Disposal. Supplier’s responsibilities for the redeployment and disposal of Equipment include: (a) To the extent the Equipment is owned or leased by Supplier, Supplier is financially responsible for all reasonable disposal costs and expenses. Supplier shall dispose of all such Equipment in an appropriate, environmentally responsible manner in accordance with the Procedures Manual.
