If Customer agrees to the hosting of Confidential Information or Personal Data other than in such location(s), Company shall comply with, and provide Customer with commercially reasonable assistance to comply with all applicable data privacy, security, and cross-border transfer laws, regulations, and guidelines in the country to which and from which Confidential Information or Personal Data will be transferred. Company shall legitimize any cross-border exchange of Personal Data through data transfers mechanisms approved under applicable law, such as EU-approved Standard Contractual Clauses or Binding Corporate Rules with respect to transfers of Personal Data out of the Europe Union.
