Outsourcing. 28.1. The Company provides its Clients with trading services using an internet based trading system. The Company has outsourced the development, physical hosting, maintenance and updating of its online Trading Platform to a foreign entity. The Company’s Clients will not have any direct contact with this entity and the Company will take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of all the data regarding the identity of its Clients. The Client hereby acknowledges and accepts the fact that the Company outsources such activities.
Outsourcing. Licensee may sub-license use of the Software to a third party outsourcing or facilities management contractor to operate the Software on Licensee's behalf, provided that (a) Licensee provides Adobe with prior written notice; (b) Licensee is responsible for ensuring that any such contractor agrees to abide by and fully complies with the terms of this Agreement as they relate to the use of the Software on the same basis as applies to Licensee; (c) such use is only in relation to Licensee's direct beneficial business purposes as restricted herein; (d) such use does not represent or constitute an increase in the scope or number of licenses provided hereunder; and (e) Licensee shall remain fully liable for any and all acts or omissions by the contractor related to this Agreement.
Outsourcing. All work shall be performed in the United States of America. No work will be allowed to be outsourced outside the United States of America.

Outsourcing. 20.1 Without prejudice to the Bank’s rights and powers under Clause 18, the Bank may from time to time outsource such administrative, operation, telecommunication, computer, data processing, customer services and/or other banking or credit services in connection with the Bank’s business (including the Card services provided to the Cardholders hereunder) to such third party service provider(s) (whether in Hong Kong or abroad) for the outsourcing activities as the Bank may at its absolute discretion think fit. The Bank will ensure that all outsourcing arrangements will comply with the relevant statutory and regulatory requirements for the time being in force.

Vendor shall give notice to the using agency of any relocation of the Vendor, employees of the Vendor, subcontractors of the Vendor, or other persons performing services under a state contract to a location outside of the United States.
Outsourcing. We shall have the right to outsource or sub-contract any part of Our operations to such third party (including but not limited to any party outside Singapore) on such terms and for such scope as We deem fit in Our sole discretion.
Outsourcing. The Grantee certifies that it has identified to the Division all jobs related to the Contract that have been outsourced to other countries, if any. The Grantee further agrees that it will not outsource any such jobs during the term of this Contract without providing notice to the Division.
