Server Maintenance. Computer Methods reserves the right to temporarily interrupt service for periodic web site maintenance. You will be notified in advance of extended maintenance windows or maintenance windows that occur during normal business hours. Server maintenance may include the following: ⮚ Updates to report components per NADEP specifications ⮚ Removal of expired accounts and their associated forms ⮚ Purging of data files that exceed the server’s storage capacity
Server Maintenance. Mpath agrees to maintain the Game Servers, installed ------------------ in accordance with Section 2.3, in good condition and working order and shall promptly make or cause to be made all necessary adjustments, repairs and replacements to the hardware components of the Game Servers. Mpath shall not make any alterations, additions or improvements to the Game Servers, except as requested by SegaSoft or as may be required pursuant to the preceding sentence. Mpath will, in accordance with the Operations Plan, install server software, perform operating system maintenance, and perform software maintenance for Game Servers. SegaSoft will, in accordance with the Operations Plan, install server software, perform operating system maintenance, and perform software maintenance for the Central Server.
Server Maintenance. 4.1.1. Backups will be checked on a regular basis.
4.1.2. Updates and Service Packs will be installed on a monthly basis.
4.1.3. Any critical updates will be applied immediately.
4.1.4. The Supplier will qualify the updates prior to installation.
Server Maintenance. 5.1 Monthly Maintenance includes, Antivirus program updates, Microsoft patch management. Server Disk space clean-up. Active Directory Management, Disaster recovery and backup test restore of critical data, Maintain of Disaster Recovery System. Excluding hardware or media.
5.2 Quarterly Maintenance includes, Server firmware updates, Router and Switch firmware updates.
5.3 Customer agrees to allow Infinitum Technologies to perform reasonable maintenance as necessary or required as per this agreement at a time determined by Infinitum Technologies. Infinitum Technologies shall notify the Customer of any planned or scheduled maintenance or outages and attempt to schedule any outages during the arranged onsite visits under clause 4 above.
5.4 If maintenance cannot be completed due to the Customer not allowing access to be performed or if the device is inaccessible for maintenance to be carried out this does not relieve the Customer of the obligation to pay the service fee.
Server Maintenance. 5.1. We might have, from time to time, to perform maintenance, upgrades or replacements to our servers. We reserve the right to suspend access to such server during the required time to do the maintenance, upgrade or exchange the server, for no more than 4 hours. In this event, the users will be sent an e- mail at least 24 hours before the due date and time for maintenance.

I. Instructional Design Help Desk for Trained Instructors The Eduprise Instructional Design Help Desk is a call-in and email help service that provides customized pedagogical and instructional design assistance to build online or web-enhanced courses.
1. Instructional Design Help Desk hours is 8AM to 6PM (eastern Time), M-F, except for Eduprise holidays.
2. Provide online pedagogical / instructional consultation for WebCT 3.1 software trained instructors online and/or telephone consultation on instructional design. Compass Knowledge Responsibilities 1. Prerequisite for usage of Instructional Design Help Desk is completion of Eduprise's WebCT 3.1 Training for Instructors. Timeframe Ongoing throughout the contract after training has been completed.
