GIS Services. Upon implementation of new network designs LIGHTHUB will create, manage and maintain a Geo-spatial database to track the build of the City’s network. LIGHTHUB will provide a conversion method to import engineering documentation (CAD Conversion) and modify the geo-spatial database to include AS-Built updates as reported. Continued support will be offered by taking GPS data collection for key OSP elements, recording that information into the database, providing and tracking fiber assignments made for provisioning services and when requested, provide an extract of the database for the Cities in an available format During construction LIGHTHUB will appoint a Project Manager to oversee all approved construction for the specific project. They will manage the RFP process using LIGHTHUB standard policies to award construction bids and select qualified contractors. They will provide management over employees and contractors during the construction process by assigned construction work packages and ensuring industry best practices and consistent engineering specifications are met. The Project Manager will ensure: • Budget tracking and reporting is available for the City • Obtain necessary field permits and obligations • Issues are tracked and brought to resolution for the City or its residents • RMA process is followed • Inventory is managed and accounted for • Maintaining necessary levels of inventory to complete work packages • Ensure construction work through Quality Assurance procedures LIGHTHUB will provide field crews and/or contractors to be deployed in the field to manage the physical plant which is constructed for the City. LIGHTHUB will maintain physical huts and cabinets on the network. During the event of an issue the Field Services Group will respond to any actual damage to physical plant and manage and execute the repair needed for restoring the physical plant as deemed necessary by LIGHTHUB. LIGHTHUB will provide network engineers and/or contractors to evaluate, recommend the needed electronics to provide wholesale services on the network. GIS Services. COUNTY and MEMBERS enter into this Agreement wherein the 27 COUNTY will provide the following GIS services to the MEMBERS: 28
1 A. Data Access Service to Geographic Information System Server. These are 2 necessary for the MEMBERS to gain secure access to the Assessor’s data. New members only will pay 3 COUNTY a one-time fee of $200 to recover its cost in setting up the computer and Internet startup and 4 configuration for MEMBER.

Service Provider will perform the following GIS Services: Monthly Support Infinity Technologies is submitting this quote that will provide the City of Wildomar with a reliable set of GIS services. Infinity Technologies will offer the following GIS services under a flat monthly fee: ▪ Quarterly updates of parcel and street GIS data ▪ As-needed data updates Public Works asset layers, planning layers, and districts ▪ Custom hardcopy/digital mapping requests. ▪ Analysis and report creation. ▪ Maintenance of the existing WebGIS applications for staff and public use. ▪ ArcGIS Online administration. ▪ Fulfilling GIS Data requests. GIS Services a. Definition: An application or protocol for communicating data between GIS databases and a mobile or web client.
b. All agency SDE servers which host GIS services utilized by the Boulder Area Trails application are productions systems and will be treated as such. It is understood that none of these servers are maintained under a 24x7 availability requirement, but in the event in which a server goes down unexpectedly all efforts will be made by that agency to restore the server as soon possible.
c. Planned maintenance for production servers hosting GIS services utilized by the Boulder Area Trails application will be planned for low usage hours.
d. Any changes to existing GIS services must be tested first on test GIS services before being rolled out to the production services listed in Items 8, 10, and 11.
GIS Services. Prepare Site-Specific Final Reports and Database The A&M Contractor shall prepare final reports summarizing work completed on each property or ROW segment and provide a summary of costs incurred on that property as described in the A&M Contractor Agreement “Scope of Work, Section 5.E.2 Project Completion Documentation”. Also, provide an overall operational report of work completed, including EPP compliance and any issues encountered and how they were addressed. 3OVERVIEW OF OPERATIONS
GIS Services. Provide equipment and staff to: Conduct sub-foot GPS field surveys that are electronically transferrable to the City’s GIS system in a compatible format. Analyze field data, aerial photographs, plans, legal descriptions and other sources, and electronically map Public Utilities Department assets in a format that is consistent with the City’s GIS system. Conduct complex GIS data modeling and calculations.
GIS Services. If greenway trail realignments are proposed, pre-submittal meetings will also be conducted with the Transportation Division and the Durham City-County Planning Department.
GIS Services a. Flex Support
a) CLIENT will have up to one hundred forty-four (144) hours per year of Flex (remote) Support. Unused hours do not carry over past the end of the year. CLIENT is encouraged to utilize / schedule any unused hours remaining at least 45 days before the end of the year. PROFESSIONAL anticipates the hours to be spread equally throughout the year; however, hours may be accelerated within the year based on mutual agreement between the CLIENT and PROFESSIONAL. This time could be used in as little as half-hour increments for items such as, but not limited to:
1) Maintain NextGen 911 Data
2) Data packaging for custom requests
3) Data review
4) Map creation
5) Custom GIS related requests (ex: ArcGIS Online, Field Maps)
6) Remote training of GIS software (software not included)
7) Assistance with applying GIS to specific tasks b) Consulting services will be performed remotely.
