Common use of Service Accountability Agreements Clause in Contracts

Service Accountability Agreements. Subject to advice from the Director about the HSP’s history of compliance under the Act and provided that the HSP has fulfilled its obligations under this Agreement, the parties expect that they will enter into a new service accountability agreement at the end of the Term. The Funder will give the HSP at least 6 months’ Notice if the Funder does not intend to enter into negotiations for a subsequent service accountability agreement because the HSP has not fulfilled its obligations under this Agreement. The HSP acknowledges that if the Funder and the HSP enter into negotiations for a subsequent service accountability agreement, subsequent funding may be interrupted if the next service accountability agreement is not executed on or before the expiration date of this Agreement.
