Service and Emotional Support Animals. THE CARRIER only accepts dogs as service and emotional support animals. Service or emotional support dogs accompanying disabled or special needs persons are accepted on board at no additional cost. THE CARRIER accepts the transportation of service dogs at all destinations. Emotional support dogs will be accepted only on routes where they are recognized by the country's regulations: to or from Brazil, Colombia and Mexico. THE CARRIER does NOT transport rabbits, giving the following reasons why: (1) this transport represents a risk to human health and (2) to the safety of civil aviation, (3) to the safety of third parties, (4) that of passengers and (5) of industry workers and (6) that of the animal itself.
