Service Animals. Humber Residence acknowledges the rights of persons with disabilities to retain their service animal while living in Residence. In order to preserve the health and safety of all people and animals living or working in the Residence environment, the Resident will notify the Residence Office that they require a service animal and will provide documentation as outlined in the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act confirming that the Resident requires the service animal. The Resident will also complete a Service Animal Agreement with the Residence Manager or designate, and agrees to adhere to the requirements within it.
Service Animals. Due to the sensitive environments and regulatory regulations of the region travelled to, we are unable to accept service animals on the Cruise.
Service Animals. We welcome Service Animals in our facilities while in the company of the disabled individual or a Service Animal Trainer. We do request the Service Animal remain harnessed or on a leash at all times.
Service Animals. In accordance with the Xxxx College Animal Policy, Service Animals are animals individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability (e.g., guiding individuals with impaired vision, alerting individuals with impaired hearing to intruders or sounds, pulling a wheelchair, or fetching dropped items). Service Animals are permitted to accompany persons with disabilities in all areas of Xxxx’x facilities, including in Xxxx College housing, where students, members of the public, and other participants in services, programs, and activities are allowed. Service Animals should be controlled with a leash, harness, voice, signals, or other effective means. Residents with service animals are encouraged to meet with their AC for an intake meeting regarding general expectations and guidelines of the animal residing in Xxxx College housing.
Service Animals. OWNER understands that state and federal law governs “service animals” and “emotional support animals,” and these animals are NOT legally considered pets, and therefore pet policies do not apply.
Service Animals. 6.5.4.1 We permit Service Animals used by an individual with a disability to accompany such individual in the Passenger cabin at no charge.
6.5.4.2 We will accept as evidence that the animal is a Service Animal, the presentation of a letter of the South African Guide Dog Association or any proof that the animal is a registered South African Guide Dog, or other written documentation or identification of the animal being a Service Animal.
6.5.4.3 We will permit a Service Animal to accompany a qualified individual with a disability at either a bulkhead Seat or a Seat other than a bulkhead Seat, as the individual prefers, unless the Service Animal obstructs an aisle or other area that must remain unobstructed in order to facilitate an emergency evacuation. Service Animals may not occupy a Seat.
6.5.4.4 A trained Service Animal accompanied by a trainer will be permitted to travel aboard our aircraft only if the Service Animal is being delivered to the domicile of an individual with a disability who either owns or, upon delivery, will take immediate ownership of the Service Animal for that individual's personal use. No additional charge will be assessed for carriage of a trained Service Animal being delivered to the domicile of the animal's owner under such circumstances.
6.5.4.5 Service Animals in training will be accepted by us for transport.

Service Animals must be removed from the living space during break periods. Complaints about disruption or animal care may result in the removal of the Service Animal from College housing, fines for additional cleaning by College staff, and/or disciplinary action. As defined by the Animal Policy, Support Animals include emotional support animals or therapy animals that mitigate one or more identified symptoms or effects associated with a handler’s or owner’s disability by providing emotional support, well-being, or comfort. Residents with appropriate documentation of a disability requiring the use of a support animal must work with Disability & Accessibility Resources (“DAR”) regarding their disability-related housing accommodation requests. A resident must have a housing accommodations letter from DAR for the support animal before it resides in Xxxx College housing. If a resident does not have a DAR accommodation letter for their support animal, the resident may be asked to remove the animal from Xxxx College housing and may be subject to a fine. The resident is generally expected to meet with their AC for an intake meeting regarding general expectations of and guidelines for the animal residing in Xxxx College housing before the animal is on campus. If the resident does not respond to staff requests to meet or has not made time to meet with staff within two weeks of the initial meeting request, staff may request that the animal be removed from campus hous...
Service Animals. Students living in Residence buildings should inform Student Housing & Residence Life prior to moving in that they will be accompanied by a service animal. To help with this process, it is also recommended that students complete the service animal registration process through the AccessAbility Services office. Service Animals. Service Animals accompanying disabled Customers or government officials are accommodated on all flights at no additional charge to the Customer, subject to the policy herein. (See Service Animals under section entitled “Acceptance of Customers”).
Service Animals. 6.6.4.4.1 Some customers require the assistance of service animals (dogs, birds, other animals) for their independence. These animals serve people in wheelchairs as well as ambulatory riders with rare exceptions. One (1) service animal (only) usually accompanies a rider. Service animals are transported at no charge.
6.6.4.4.2 Under no circumstances may drivers refuse or delay service to riders due to customers’ use of service animals.
6.6.4.4.3 When boarding service animals that assist wheelchair users, drivers must use extreme caution in using the wheelchair lift.
6.6.4.4.4 Identification as a service animal is not required, but rider’s use of a service animal must be registered with SEPTA in advance. Companion animals (pets) and therapy animals may ride CCT vehicles only when confined in a carrier.
6.6.4.4.5 Service animals must be leashed and/or harnessed and remain under the control of their masters at all times. Service animals shall be required to lie on the floor of the vehicle or the lap of the owner or rider. If a service animal cannot be controlled by its owner, the driver shall notify SEPTA’s Control Center for instructions. If the animal is actively menacing passengers or other animals, the driver may order the rider and the animal out of the vehicle immediately, but must then stand by while contacting SEPTA’s Control Center for instructions.
6.6.4.4.6 Service animals in training can ride CCT vehicles under the conditions itemized above as 6.6.4.4.1 through 6.6.4.4.5.
