Refunds of the Residence Fees. If a Resident chooses to withdraw from the Residence for any reason, a $500 Withdrawal Fee is charged for early termination of this agreement. In addition, the Resident will also be responsible for the residence fees for up to 60 residence nights unless an external replacement is found who meets the admissions requirement. If an external replacement is found, they will replace the first student on the list of withdrawals based on room type and campus, regardless of the specific location of the assigned room. External replacements are applied on a campus-wide basis, based on room type.
