  • Specific Terms Whenever used in this Agreement, the following words and phrases, unless the context otherwise requires, shall have the following meanings:

  • CLOUD SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS To the extent that Contractor has received an award for Lot 3, Cloud, the following terms and conditions apply to Lot 3, Cloud.   • DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION, INSIDE DELIVERY, FREIGHT PAID Whenever possible, contractors should give the ordering entities 3 working days prior notice of any deliveries and/or installations. Furniture contractors will not be responsible for the removal/moving of existing furnishings unless requested by the ordering entity. Contractors should verify site readiness prior to delivery. All deliveries will be made during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged with the ordering entity. Contractor will communicate any scheduling delays and/or changes immediately. Agencies will not be responsible for any freight damage, concealed or otherwise.

  • Delivery Location All Goods shall be delivered to the address specified in this Order (the "Delivery Location") during Buyer's normal business hours or as otherwise instructed by Buyer.

  • Classification Specifications The Employer agrees to supply the President of the Union or his/her designate with the classification specifications for those classifications in the Bargaining Unit.

  • Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Customer will notify the Contractor and H-GAC promptly of any damaged goods and will assist the Contractor in arranging for inspection. The Contractor must file all claims for visible or concealed damage. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, deliveries must consist only of new and unused merchandise.

  • Destination The term (“Destination”) means delivered to the receiving dock or other point specified in the applicable Contract Document.

  • Delivery Terms All products sent to Customer shall be sent EX Works (EXW) or FCA Company’s facility in El Cajon, CA, and in domestic packing. Customer will bear and pay for all taxes of any nature imposed prior to, at the time of, or after delivery to, the carrier at the EXW point. Customer shall also bear and pay for all charges for freight, shipping, consular fees, customs duties, and all costs and charges. Customer must return the equipment in the same shipping container it was received in.
