Common use of Service Bulletins (SB) Incorporation Clause in Contracts

Service Bulletins (SB) Incorporation. During any Revision Service Period and upon the Buyer’s request, which shall be made within two years after issuance of the applicable Service Bulletin, Seller Service Bulletin information shall be incorporated into the Technical Data, provided that the Buyer notifies the Seller through the relevant AirbusWorld on-line Service Bulletin Reporting application that it intends to accomplish such Service Bulletin. The split effectivity for the corresponding Service Bulletin shall remain in the Technical Data until notification from the Buyer that embodiment has been completed on all of the Buyer’s Aircraft. The foregoing is applicable for Technical Data relating to maintenance only. For operational Technical Data either the pre or post Service Bulletin status shall be shown.
