Service by Company. Subject to law, all summonses, notices, processes, orders and judgments in relation to any legal proceedings by the Company or its liquidators against any member may be served by registered post and the foregoing provisions as to notices shall apply, mutatis mutandis, and such service shall be considered for all purposes to be personal service.
