Common use of Service Charges for Late Periodic Reports Clause in Contracts

Service Charges for Late Periodic Reports. Each time Company fails to submit a Standard Report on or before its due date, Company will, automatically and without notice, be assessed a $500 service charge. Successive service charges will be assessed and due on the 15th day of each month until Company has submitted all past due Standard Reports. All service charges will bear interest at the rate set forth in Section 12.7 from the date they arise.
