Common use of Service charges for operation outside Normal Building Hours Clause in Contracts

Service charges for operation outside Normal Building Hours. If the Tenant uses the Premises outside Normal Building Hours and requests use of a Service provided by the Landlord during those hours the Landlord may: 25.2.1 use its reasonable endeavours to supply the requested Service; and 25.2.2 apportion to the Tenant any costs and expenses incurred by the Landlord in connection with the supply of the requested Service and give the Tenant an invoice for such costs and expenses. The Tenant must pay any such invoice according to its terms.

If the Tenant uses occupies the Premises outside Normal Building Hours and requests use of a Service provided by the Landlord Air Conditioning Plant or the Elevators or both during those hours the Landlord may: 25.2.1 28.5.1 use its reasonable endeavours to supply make available for use the requested ServiceAir Conditioning Plant or the Elevators or both during these hours; and 25.2.2 apportion to 28.5.2 charge the Tenant any costs and expenses incurred by the Landlord in connection with the supply a fee for use of the requested Service Air Conditioning Plant or the Elevators or both during those hours and give the Tenant an invoice for such costs and expenses. The Tenant must pay any such invoice according to its terms.
