Service Contracting. Santa Xxxxx will prepare any Request for Proposals (RFP) needed for the provision of operating services by a CONTRACTOR for the PROJECT. The RFP shall meet all applicable federal requirements. The Working Group will be provided the opportunity for review and input on the scope of work for service contracts. Santa Xxxxx will also be responsible for the sale of advertising, if any, on the PROJECT.

You must maintain your Account with the Bank in order to receive these Servicehs. The Services are subject to the terms of this Agreement and the applicable Service Addendums for each Service.   • Contracting and Subcontracting The Union recognizes that the City has statutory and charter rights and obligations in contracting for matters relating to municipal operations.
