Service Element Standards and Procedures Review Process. ODHS shall update this Exhibit B Part 2 as follows: a. ODDS will engage with a standing group of stakeholders to review and, if needed, modify this Exhibit B Part 2. Stakeholders shall include CDDP staff and designated representatives, ODDS staff, and other parties identified by ODDS. b. Upon determining that an update is necessary, a draft of the document changes will be sent to the stakeholder group via e-mail for review and comment. The ODDS e-mail shall include a time, date, and conference line number or virtual meeting information for a discussion between ODHS and CDDPs regarding the draft Service Element Standards and Procedures being reviewed.
