Service in the United States. Customer agrees that on signature of this Agreement, any part of this Agreement which XX xxxxx relates to provision of the Service in the United States of America is assigned to BT Americas (BTA). Notwithstanding this, any claims or disputes relating to this Agreement, including any part of the Service assigned under this Section 14.4 must be made against BT.
