Common use of Service Information Pages Clause in Contracts

Service Information Pages. Verizon shall include all D&E NXX codes associated with the geographic areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for Verizon’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes that are contained in the general reference portion of each directory. D&E’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when D&E is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at D&E’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, D&E’s critical contact information for D&E’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by D&E, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. D&E shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

D&EReFlex’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as VerizonXxxxxxx’s NXX information. In addition, when D&E ReFlex is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at D&EReFlex’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, D&EReFlex’s critical contact information for D&EReFlex’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by D&EReFlex, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. D&E ReFlex shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

D&EPhone-Link’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when D&E Phone-Link is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at D&EPhone-Link’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, D&EPhone-Link’s critical contact information for D&EPhone-Link’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by D&EPhone- Link, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. In addition, when D&E Teleconex is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at D&ETeleconex’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, D&ETeleconex’s critical contact information for D&ETeleconex’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by D&ETeleconex, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. In addition, when D&E Direct2Internet is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at D&EDirect2Internet’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, D&EDirect2Internet’s critical contact information for D&EDirect2Internet’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by D&EDirect2Internet, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. In addition, when D&E A-Tech is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at D&EA-Tech’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, D&EA-Tech’s critical contact information for D&EA- Tech’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by D&EA-Tech, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. D&ESynopsis’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when D&E Synopsis is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at D&ESynopsis’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, D&ESynopsis’s critical contact information for D&ESynopsis’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by D&ESynopsis, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. D&E Synopsis shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

D&EBitWise’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when D&E BitWise is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at D&EBitWise’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, D&EBitWise’s critical contact information for D&EBitWise’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by D&EBitWise, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. D&E BitWise shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.
