Common use of Service Levels; Standards of Performance Clause in Contracts

Service Levels; Standards of Performance. The Seller will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Services in accordance with the specifications or other standards set forth in the Services Exhibit, and otherwise in the same or substantially similar manner as the equivalent services were provided by Seller or its Affiliates with respect to the Business immediately prior to the Closing. The Seller will comply with all laws and regulations applicable to Seller with respect to its performance of the Services, and will obtain all necessary permits and licenses applicable to Seller with respect to its performance of the Services. The Seller shall cause all Seller Personnel (as defined below) to comply with the standards set forth in this Section 2.4.
