Service Life Policy. If a Failure occurs in any Covered Component within the following periods, Boeing will promptly, at a price calculated pursuant to this Policy, either (i) design and furnish to Buyer materials required to correct the Failed Component (excluding industry standard parts) or (ii) furnish to Buyer a replacement Covered Component:
