Service Management and City Communication. a. Upon executing this MOU, and as part of its permit application, Operator shall provide to the City a local General Manager who shall serve as a point of contact (POC). The POC shall have responsibility for, and control over, the services provided in this MOU for the duration of the Demonstration Project. If Operator changes their POC, they must immediately notify City of such change.
