Common use of Service Management System Clause in Contracts

Service Management System. 10.2.3.1 Each Party shall sign the appropriate NPAC user agreement(s) and obtain certification from the appropriate NPAC administrator(s) that the Party or the Party's Service Order Administration (SOA) and Local Service Management System (LSMS) vendor(s) has systems and equipment that are compatible with the NPAC's established protocols and that the application of such systems and equipment is compatible with the NPAC. 10.2.3.2 Each Party shall cooperate to facilitate the administration of the SMS through the process prescribed in the documents referenced in Section 21.
