Service of legal. process Without prejudice to any other forms or service allowed in law, the service of any writ, summons, statement of claim or any legal process in respect of or arising out of this Terms and Conditions may be effected on the Cardmember by forwarding a copy of the writ, summons, statement of claim or other legal process by prepaid registered post to its last known address.
