Common use of Service of Motion for Final Approval Clause in Contracts

Service of Motion for Final Approval. The motion in support of final approval of 9 the Settlement shall be filed and served no later than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the Final 10 Approval Hearing and any responsive papers shall be filed and served no later than seven (7) 11 calendar days prior to the Final Approval Hearing.
