Common use of Service of Notice Clause in Contracts

Service of Notice. Any notice, consent, information, application or request that must or may be given or made to a Party under this Agreement is only given or made if it is in writing and sent in one of the following ways: (a) delivered or posted to that Party at its address set out in Item 6 of Schedule 1 or (if such delivery is not accepted) then to the registered office or principal place of business of the Party. (b) faxed to that Party at its fax number set out in Item 6 of Schedule 1.

Service of Notice. Any notice, consent, information, application or request that must or may be given or made to a Party under this Agreement is only given or made if it is in writing and sent in one of the following ways: (a) delivered or posted to that Party at its address set out in Item 6 of Schedule 1 or (if such delivery is not accepted) then to the registered office or principal place of business of the Party. (b) faxed to that Party at its fax number set out in Item 6 of Schedule 1.

If more than one email address is specified, the notice, to be valid, must be sent to all of the email addresses identified.
