Common use of Service of Notices 1 Clause in Contracts

Service of Notices 1. 11 Any Notice that the University serves on the Student under this Agreement will be made in writing and will be delivered by hand, email, first class post, or special or recorded delivery and sent to them at: 1.11.1 The Accommodation and/or 1.11.2 Their University email account and/or 1.11.3 The address they provide to us in the UMH application process, or such other address that they have notified to the University. Guarantee/s of Accommodation 1.12 Any guarantee given by the University to allocate Accommodation to the Student shall cease to have effect if this Agreement is terminated for any reason in accordance with its terms.

Guarantee/s of Accommodation 1.12 1.17 Any guarantee given by the University to allocate Accommodation to the Student shall cease to have effect if this Agreement is terminated for any reason in accordance with its terms.
