SERVICE OF NOTICES AND DOCUMENTS. 42 (A) Any notice or other document required to be served upon a Holder shall be deemed to have been duly served if sent by post to his address as appearing on the Register and in the case of joint Holders to the address of whichever of such Holders is named first on the Register. Any notice or document so sent by post shall be deemed to have been served two clear working days after the day on which the same was posted and in proving such service it shall be sufficient to prove that the cover or wrapper containing such notice or document was properly addressed, stamped and duly posted at a post office.
