Terms and Termination This Agreement shall be effective from the date hereof and unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Section 30.4.5, shall continue in effect until the Class Year Deliverability Study for Requestor’s External XXXX Rights is completed and approved by the NYISO Operating Committee. Requestor or NYISO may terminate this Agreement upon the withdrawal of Requestor’s External XXXX Rights Request under Section 25.7.11 of Attachment S to the ISO OATT or upon Developer’s withdrawal from the Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study pursuant to Section 25.7.7.1
Definitions of Words and Terms Capitalized words used in this Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in the Recitals to this Agreement or they shall have the following meanings:
FEES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT 5.1 Commissioned work shall be performed according to account rendered based on the hourly rates from time to time fixed by the Institute including transport charges and other outlays.
Entry into force and termination 1. This Agreement and its amendments shall enter into force 60 days after the date the Parties exchange written notifications certifying that they have completed their respective legal requirements for its entry into force or after such other period as the Parties may agree in written notification. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, it does not apply retroactively. 2. Either Party may terminate this Agreement by written notification to the other Party. This Agreement shall expire 180 days after the date of such notification.
