SERVICE OWNER. All service matters and general inquiries regarding this service should be directed to: Service Provider will perform Post Spin Hypercare Support Services for Service Receiver. Service Receiver and its Subsidiaries will utilize Service Provider’s resources based on the functionality, processes, input and output screens, and documents that support the Service Provider’s business and business processes in the twelve months prior to the Distribution date.
