Common use of Service Provider Access Clause in Contracts

Service Provider Access. The State will allow Service Provider system access into the State’s systems, applications, web sites, time reporting system, and other systems, as needed, to support the Services described in this Contract. If the State’s systems become inaccessible for any reason, the Service Provider’s technical help desk shall coordinate with the State’s technical help desk to determine the course for problem identification and resolution.

Service Provider Access.
